Withdrawal instructions

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Käthe Wohlfahrt KG, Herrngasse 1, 91541 Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany, e-mail: service@wohlfahrt.com, tel: +49 (0) 9861-40 90) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.kaethe-wohlfahrt.com/en/vertrag-widerrufen/. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including information on the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to us or to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
