Delivery time

To make sure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we dispatch orders daily during the week and several times a day during the Christmas season. Within Germany the delivery time is usually 2-4 working days (Europe and overseas approx. 4 to 10 working days). Should it take longer, please do not hesitate to contact us. Mostly the delay is due to delivery problems (wrong address, customer not found), which we can solve for you.

Please be aware that we currently cannot deliver to army post boxes. Express delivery is currently not available.

Shipping provider

Within Germany we send our packages exclusively with DHL Paketversand. Parcels to foreign countries are handed over to DHL and then handed over to the responsible postal service of the country at the respective country border. Items that are too large for normal parcel shipping will be sent by a forwarding agency in consultation with you.
