Käthe Wohlfahrt is a world-market-leading provider of traditional German Christmas decorations, which we sell in the charming ambience of our shops. Our expertise in the cultivation and continuation of the traditional German Christmas is not only a result of almost 50 years of experience of trading in Christmas decorations. Since 2000 we have been running the Christmas museum at our headquarters in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which ensures a scientific foundation for our selection of items. We are the world market leader in the distribution of traditional Christmas decorations.

Rooted in the Region, Internationally Positioned

We are a Franconian family company that feels connected with the region. The majority of our 20 specialist shops in Germany and 4 branches in Europe and the USA are administered and managed from our company headquarters in Rothenburg ob der Taube. In our main season in winter we also take part in over 50 Christmas markets around the world.
