How do I return an item?
If you do not like an item, you can of course return it within 14 days. Please contact us for this purpose. We will send you a shipping label by e-mail, which you can then print out. With this you can return the goods to us free of charge. After we have received and processed the return, the purchase amount will usually be refunded within 7 - 14 working days. Please understand that there may be delays during the Christmas season due to the high volume of orders.
Please do not send us a return at your own expense without prior agreement. It is then difficult for us to match these packages to your order and your customer account, which considerably extends the processing time for returns.
When packing your return, please make sure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging and in an additional shipping box, so that the item arrives safe and sound.
Who bears the shipping costs of a return?
Käthe Wohlfahrt bears the return shipping costs. You will receive a return label with which you can return your order to us quickly and free of shipping costs. Please contact us in this regard.
What happens if I have received defective goods?
If, despite all the care taken in packing your order, you receive defective goods, please contact our customer service.
