  • Ingredients:
    hazelnuts, almonds (together 30%), marzipan (almonds, sugar, water, invert sugar syrup), baking mix paste: (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, green lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sullur dioxide), chicken protein, wheat flour, honey, apricot fruit preparation (glucose-fructose syrup, apricots 35%, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acid: citric acid). In chocolate coated gingerbread: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), spices, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate, wafer (wheat flour, starch), flavor.
  • Please keep in an atmosphere having a temperature between 10-15 'C and a relative humidity between 70-75 %.
